converting mp3 file to midi file

 i wish to convert mp3 file on PC to midi file or mid file and put it as ring tone for my mobile model nokia 3230. i used irfanview but it converts only pic/jpg/bmp files and not sound files. further i also wish to convert songs on audio cassettes to CD. can anyone suggest way out please ? thanks

 in this case you find help in special programm, as like as NERO(for convert your audio cassets) also you need a plugins for WinAmp (or dBPowerAMP Music Converter), for your mp3=>midi;-)­
